Statements list names and addresses of fund officers and trustees, total number of employees covered, number of employees working in Wisconsin, and a financial report of the funds, filed under section 211.08 of the statutes by trustees of funds covering less than 26 employees working in Wisconsin.

Under chapter 225, Laws of 1961, only funds covering 26 or more employees had to submit an annual statement. Even though the trustees were no longer required by law to report, they sometimes did, either because they simply wished to continue, or because the number of employees covered fluctuated above or below 26. When the number of employees covered dropped below 26, the accumulation of annual statements was shifted to the under 26 file although some of the statements will show that the fund covered 26 or more employees. Statements for prior years might be filed in Series 1062.
