Among the selections are correspondence of Governors Patrick Henry, Henry Lee, and Edmund Randolph of Virginia, Governor John Sevier of Tennessee; Daniel Boone; George Rogers Clark; and Joseph Martin; and speeches exchanged with the Cherokees and other Southern tribes.
