: Mainly notes covering interviews in 1858 in White County, Indiana, and in Urbana and vicinity in Champaign County, Ohio. There are also a few notes from Champaign County archives and from a few 1807 issues of the Cincinnati newspaper Liberty Hall. Although Simon Kenton was the primary topic of the interviews, there are also noteworthy references to Samuel Brady, Simon Girty, and Andrew Poe. The volume was indexed by Draper.
