Records, 1966-1980, including state plans for fiscal years 1967-1976 submitted by the Bureau to the federal Office of Education for funding of programs under Title VI of the Education of the Handicapped Act. There are also records on deaf/blind programs (Title VI-C), including program plans, budgetary files, quarterly and annual reports, and correspondence, the majority of which is directed to the Midwest Regional Center for Services to Deaf-Blind Children; and head count reports of exceptional educational need (EEN) children submitted by individual school districts to the Department of Public Instruction, 1976-1978.
