Information related to program administration of programs funded under Title VI of the Education of the Handicapped Act (EHA) which became the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), including Part B, Part C Deaf/Blind, Part C Early Childhood, and Part D Personnel Preparation. The files contain state plans/grant applications, correspondence, reports, and child count materials.
