Official photographs primarily used for publicity purposes and prints of editorial cartoons concerning the Knowles administrations. These two lots were weeded from approximately 6 cartons of photographs received by the archives pertaining to the Knowles Administration. Two small lots concerning the “We Like It Here” campaign and a Paint-up, Fix-up, Clean-up Day in Hurley, Wisconsin have been listed as part of the governor's general correspondence. Slides taken by Alton Black in 1969 while on a trade mission with Governor Knowles to South America. These records have been assigned Series 2156.
