The collection has been arranged into seven series; six of which relate to Keene's major films. The remaining series is Personal Materials collected by Keene, including unidentified or unlabeled photographs, clippings and correspondence, administrative documents related to her teaching at the University of Miami and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, film projects that did not come to fruition, personal notes, and artwork.
