: Files, 1976-1995, of three attorneys in the Legal Services Division. These files are a continuation of records received in earlier accessions. Division administrator Robert Selk's work is represented by chronologically-arranged correspondence and internal division level memoranda. The files of Matthew H. Frank and Douglas Haag document two assistant attorneys general who successively headed the Criminal Litigation and Antitrust Unit within the division. Frank's files continue the documentation of his leadership in the Wisconsin State Attorneys Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Wisconsin District Attorneys Association. In addition, there are speeches, presentations, draft revisions of Attorney General opinions, and unit administration records. Haag's files are less extensive and consist primarily of situation reports and clippings on the Treaty Rights Spearfishing crisis. Also includes three tapes of recorded telephone conversations about the Lawrencia Bemeneck murder case sent to the department, unsolicited, by mail.
