Access Restrictions

The executive committee minutes in box 3 are restricted in accordance with UWM Personnel File Policy S-42. Access is regulated by Section III.A.2 and III.A.3.

There are no access restrictions on all other materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with Wis. Stat. 19.31.

Use Restrictions

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

The Department of Foreign Languages and Linguistics transferred the collection in two parts (accessions 1997-042 and 1999-021) in 1998 and 1999. The department transferred an additional accession (2001-020) in 2001. Michael Mikos from the Polish Studies Committee donated accession 2021-007 in 2021.

Processing Information

Jenny Juno processed accessions 1997-042 and 1999-021 at the Archives in November 2007 (Brad Houston supervised). Brad Houston processed accession 2001-020 in 2008. Laura K. N. Jones processed accession 2021-007 on December 16th, 2022. Laura K. N. Jones integrated folders into accession 2021-007 on April 11th, 2023.
