	Subseries: 6G. Sarah K. Myers, 1967-1985 Scope and Content Note: This subseries includes the papers of Sarah Kerr Myers, who started out as the editor of the Geographical Review in 1973 and served as director from 1976-1982. It also includes some correspondence from Douglas R. McManis, the Executive Administrator after Myers left the AGS. The files in this subseries are on what was referred to as the "Financial Crisis" that resulted in the AGS moving its library and map collections to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the AGS moving out of its long-time headquarters at 156th and Broadway. Contains correspondence dealing with miscellaneous projects, the financial situation of the AGS, the sale of the building, and the legal implications of moving the collections.
