Records include correspondence, transcripts of proceedings, exhibits, briefs, and opinions and orders. Extensively documented cases include: Donald Krogh v. John Weaver concerning the dismissal of a police officer at UW-Parkside for allegedly helping a reporter to illegally obtain evidence to discredit his superior; Lucy Van Laanen v. C.K. Wettengel concerning the denial of a request by a DHSS employee to reclassify her position; and Betty Jane Reis v. John Weaver, concerning a demotion of a University of Wisconsin-Extension employee for refusal to obey orders to take dictation for a faculty member.
