Because Swaity's career with TWUA has covered so many different service aspects and so many different geographic areas, materials pertaining to his work are scattered throughout the State Historical Society's TWUA collection. Materials pertaining to the J.P. Stevens campaign and to organizing during the last decade of TWUA's history are still largely in files at the Union's headquarters.
