: Building project files, 1987-2002. This accession contains records on the following
projects: remodeling of and exhibit installation on the third and fourth floors of the
Wisconsin Historical Museum; plans for disability accessibility to Department of Natural
Resources offices statewide; creation of an off-site storage facility for the Wisconsin
Historical Society using a building from a former K-Mart store in Madison (never
completed); expansion of the crew house on the UW-Madison campus; building of the C.P.
Fox Wagon Restoration Center at Circus World Museum; a new master plan for exterior
spaces on the UW-Oshkosh campus; creating a Lakeshore State Park on the Milwaukee
waterfront (never completed); and renovation of UW-Oshkosh's Polk Library. Records
include memos and correspondence, notes, meeting materials, project proposals, building
plans, requests for proposals, budgets, and other records. Project numbers are noted in
the contents list.
