v. Mosinee document complaints about a Native American school mascot. These records are

: Boxes 3 and 4 are appealed school expulsion cases; these records are restricted. The
expulsion cases concern drug use, bringing weapons to school, sexual intercourse on
school property, and general disobedience. Taped district hearings (also confidential)
are included for cases 31, 35, 37, 39, and 41.
