Part 11 (2006/131, Audio 1559A/44-62): Additions, 1988-1996
Physical Description: 3.6 c.f. (3 record center cartons and 2 archives boxes), 19 audio recordings, and 1 videorecording.
Scope and Content Note: Court cases closed, 1991-1996, and school expulsion cases closed, 1995-1996. The court cases concern employee grievances, transportation, and discrimination based on criminal records. Of particular interest among the administrative cases is Thompson v. The Rodriquez case, which concerned discrimination based on a prior criminal record, includes 2 cassette tapes of testimony. The school expulsion cases are all restricted, as are the 17 cassette tapes and one video tape of district hearings.
Access Restrictions: Boxes 4 and 5 of this accession are restricted. See the Administrative/Restriction Information portion of this finding aid for details.
