: Papers, 1992-1999, of Joe Crossett, head of the department's Environmental Strategies
Section. The papers concern various planning projects in which the department worked
with the Departmental of Natural Resources such as the drafting of the Wisconsin Climate
Change Action Plan. Most files concern the Department of Transportation's technical
support for the federally-mandated Employee Commuter Options (ECO) program, an effort to
reduce automobile ozone emissions. These files contain committee minutes and planning
materials as well as video and audio public service announcements. Also included are
files on the Milwaukee/Southeast Wisconsin ozone reduction study in which DOT worked
with the Center for Clean Air Policy.
