The files principally concern Huber's administration and participation in the State Bicycle Plan Advisory Committee from 1995 to 1998, consisting of notes, committee correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, questionnaire comments and recommendations pertaining to the statewide bicycle plan; as well as maps, brochures, and reports relating to bike trail networks and development in Wisconsin and nationwide.
