The collection consists of correspondence and related materials, 1962-1966, 1971, and minutes of meetings, 1962-1964. Many of the letters between the National Urban League and Madison branch members discuss the mechanics of establishing the Madison chapter. A copy of proposed by-laws is also included. Material from 1971 consists of two fliers promoting branch activities.
