Includes materials on 1933 boycott campaign of German goods, attempts to gain labor and state legislative support to protest Nazis, controversies between left and right wing elements in Milwaukee, attempt to boycott 1936 Olympics reports of Milwaukee mass meetings, attempts to organize Wisconsin Jewish communities, national American Jewish Congress activities, and report of the World Jewish Congress meeting in Geneva during 1936.

Included are materials on Nazi protest mass meetings in Milwaukee, support of Russian War Relief, philosophy of the American Jewish Congress and relations with other Jewish organizations, support of Howard McMurray for Congress, various organizational difficulties and conflicts that led to the decline of the Milwaukee Division

Scope and Content Note: Correspondence, minutes, newspaper clippings, and printed materials, and reports of various Milwaukee Jewish organizations including the Jewish Socialist Labor Party, Jewish National Fund, various Labor Zionist organizations, various Jewish youth groups, Russian War Relief, Jewish Welfare Board, Milwaukee Zionist Council, Milwaukee Jewish Committee for Veterans Service, Inter-racial Federation of Milwaukee County. Included also is a financial report of Ezra Betzar, 1914-1919, and letterheads of various Jewish labor, relief, and Zionist groups in Milwaukee in the 1920s.
