The papers consist of correspondence, journals and other writings, school papers and certificates, scrapbooks, and photographs. Bohle's journals include a daily journal (1987-1992) consisting of brief entries about the weather, activities, and occasional opinions on current events, and a travel journal (1939-1953) describing her trips to New York, Yellowstone, the Smoky Mountains, etc. The scrapbooks consist of a school scrapbook (1929) with programs, tickets, letters, and other memorabilia and a travel scrapbook (1930s) which contains brochures, postcards, clippings, etc. The photographs are of Bohle, her family and family home, and friends.
