Numerical by original file box and volume number. Boxes 1-95 are arranged arbitrarily and within each box, files are grouped by original volume number (although not in volume number order) and thereunder arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the individual's surname. Boxes 96-321 are arranged in one rough alphabetical sequence (by the first letter of the individual's surname) and each box seems to be arranged by original volume number. Often there are no targets indicating volume number.
