Access Restrictions

The materials in the collection are restricted in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (U. S. Code Title 20, Chapter 31, Sec. 1232g).

Acquisition Information

Upon the closing of the Layton School of Art in 1974, Ms. Blythe Casper, staff secretary at Layton, volunteered to keep the transcripts and respond to requests from former students for copies of their records. Ms. Casper transferred the collection to the Golda Meir Library in 1987.

Processing Information

Robert Garrett processed the collection at the Archives in July 1994.
