There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.

Statutes 19.21-19.39).
An unknown donor donated the collection to the Archives prior to 1989.
Michele Christian processed the collection at the Archives in May 1997. Jessica Sawinski
processed additional material in December 2006. Charles Welborn processed additional
material in July 2012. Ashlie Biddle (supervised by Brad Houston) added some miscellaneous
items to the collection in April 2017 (box 5). Christel Maass added some additional
minutes, removed from a Library Director accession (2006-070) to the collection in
November 2017. Christel Maass added some additional materials from accession 2017-042 to the
collection in September 2018.
