Documentation transferred to Mills Music Library and the Wisconsin Historical Society had previously been accessioned by Ruth Forrester (formerly Fahnestock) at the Wisconsin Folk Museum, 1991-1992. The materials at Mills remain part of the Wisconsin Folk Museum Collection, of which the Swiss materials are a small, integrated part (see paper inventory on file). The materials at the Historical Society Archives consist of artist files in the Wisconsin Folk Museum Collection. Project files that transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Folklore Program are intact from 1996, but some have remained open working files.
