There are no access restrictions on the materials. The collection is open to all in accordance with state law. The public may view Local History Manuscript Collections by appointment at the Central Library. To request an in-person appointment, create/login to your Special Collections Account. Acquisition Information

There is no acquisition information or deed of gift available for the early portion of this collection. Later materials were donated by Chris Buth Furness on behalf of Wisconsin Visual Artists. New materials were donated in 2018. Materials were accessioned as Local History Manuscripts. This is an active collection and donations are added periodically. Finding aid will be updated as materials are processed.
