The collection is arranged into the following series:
- Premises Records,
1888-1990
- General Files,
1890-1988
The materials were originally processed as three separate collections: Code
Enforcement, Walker’s Point, and Premises Records. These materials are now grouped
together as Series 1 and are arranged by address in each of these areas. Series 2
contains General Files and is arranged alphabetically. Most of the annual reports
have been bound together.
