The records of this collection document the activities of Milwaukee’s 17th District
Alderwoman E. Fay Anderson and contains reports, correspondence, photographs, and
other materials related to various Milwaukee departments, programs, and activities.
There is a large amount of records from the 1993 Milwaukee water crisis /
cryptosporidium outbreak. The crisis began in spring of 1993 when residents began
getting sick and cryptosporidium was discovered in the water supply.
