Maximum Service Telecasters (MST), an association of owners of
television stations operating at maximum-permitted power. Included are
statements, annual reports, and copies of testimony presented before
the Federal Communications Commission and other governmental and
private groups. These concern such issues as UHF and VHF frequency
allocation, interference prevention, spectrum conservation, and cable
television.
