: Correspondence, primarily outgoing, to Wisconsin Medicaid health care providers, hospitals and clinics, 1996-1998. Topics include over and underpayments, calculations of in-patient DRG (Diagnostic Related Groups) base rates for individual providers, contracts and extensions, provider audits conducted by the bureau, drug utilization reviews, changes in Rural Health Care policy, information on federal matching funds, and Wisconsin Department of Health internal weekly reports. Also included are internal memoranda and reports to the federal government. Form letters sent to all providers have been weeded. This accession combines 2002/032, 2003/056 and 2005/040.
