Significant cases documented in these files involve Mustafa Diktas (95 MED 120), and the improper treatment of patients while suffering from an active case of tuberculosis, and David Thomas (97 MED 030, 97 MED 028, 96 MED 358, 97 MED 111) concerning, among others, his treatment of a patient with fibromyalgia, and misconduct with a minor in Somalia. Records include correspondence, requests for records, pleadings and depositions; witness lists as well as information on patients involved in the cases.
