Abstract:
Minutes documenting the activities of the Real Estate Examining Board. In addition to proceedings, the files include hearing notices and findings of fact for all disciplinary cases reviewed. Also included are minutes of the Contractual Forms Advisory Committee, the Council on Real Estate Curriculum and Examinations, and the Law Review Committee.
