Philipp and presumably members of the executive branch of state government in front of the state capitol in Madison, Wisconsin, on December 7, 1920; a panoramic photograph of a group identified as the R.L.C.A. gathered for an annual conference posed in front of the state capitol in 1915; a panoramic photograph of the Rotary Conference Ball (10th District) inside the state capitol; and a portrait of the Wisconsin All-State Orchestra, circa 1920.
