Abstract:

Papers of a Democrat who represented the 24th Assembly District (1972-1982), consisting almost entirely of correspondence, memoranda, hearing testimony, reports, drafts, and research material pertaining to the Assembly Special Committee on Telephone and Electricity Rate Disparities, 1973-1974, for which Barczak acted as chairman. Of later date is a 1978 newsletter.
