: This series primarily contains correspondence, speeches, and writings of the
Commissioner. The correspondence files include communication with other
government officials in Milwaukee or Wisconsin as well as general
communications. The correspondence often contains articles and reports.
There is a large section of files in this series that arrived titled
“Commissioner's Crypto files”. These files focused on records related to the
MHD’s response to Milwaukee’s 1993 Cryptosporidium outbreak.
