Lee, who taught dairying at the University of Wisconsin, 1909-1912, was an assistant Dairy Commissioner for Wisconsin, 1915-1920, and then for many years was plant supervisor for Gridley’s Dairy in Milwaukee. The collection documents Lee’s career and dairy farming and production in Wisconsin through correspondence, reports, writings, photographs, clippings, milk route books, circa 1907-1941, near-print publications, and photographs.
