There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
An unknown individual transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989. The
Center donated additional records (accession 2012-010) in August 2012.
Leslie Heinrichs processed the collection at the Archives in August 1995. Ashlie Biddle,
under supervision of Brad Houston, integrated the paper documents (3 boxes) from accession
2012-010 into the collection in March 2016 and updated the finding aid to reflect the
integration. Shiraz Bhathena added the advisory committee's electronic records of agendas
and minutes in 2021.
