Also included are administrative files on the disaster shelter surveys conducted in several counties by LTE personnel. Relating to nuclear power plant plans are reports on 1981 exercises and radiological emergency plans for those Wisconsin counties near power plants. Local government emergency reports and minutes are included but work charts were not retained. Photographs document the “Friend in the Sky” program and a youth clean-up after the 1965 Mississippi River flood in the Prairie du Chien area.
