Abstract:

Consolidation files contain correspondence and hearing transcripts dealing with the consolidation of smaller towns and larger municipalities. Correspondences are primarily from constituents voicing their opinion. The transcripts are from public hearings at which constituents and local officials could voice their concerns on the consolidation plans.
