Access Restrictions

Access to the Procter & Gamble Television Script Collection is limited to private, non-profit study, research, and classroom use and to other similar purposes. Users are required to sign the Condition of Use and Copying Form in the Procter & Gamble Case File prior to use of the collection.

Use Restrictions

Researchers wishing to copy material within the collection for publication or other for-profit purposes must receive the written permission of Procter & Gamble Productions, P.O. Box 599, Cincinnati, Ohio 45201. Procter & Gamble Productions specifically reserves all other rights including, without limitation, reproduction of any script (teleplay) or part thereof in any form as well as all rights to publicly re-enact or perform any script (teleplay) as a legitimate theater presentation, as a theatrical or feature film, as a television film, or in any other similar use. Procter & Gamble may not hold the copyright to the production files in the collection. Any use other than “fair use” requires the permission of the Archivist at Procter & Gamble.
