Frank Kaiser is originally from Mauston, Wisconsin and enlisted in the Wisconsin Air National Guard in April 2000. He served as ground technical support with the 128th Air Control Squadron stationed at Volk Field, and was deployed to Afghanistan from July to November, 2003.
