Milk dumped into weigh tank; empty cans automatically entered the washer. Blochowiak identifies washing machine, control buttons, and speaking tubes, which enabled inspector, to communicate with other departments and truck drivers. Dairy operated a conveyor belt three or four years before adopting bulk (non-can) milk handling.
