County Court cases dealing with civil actions. Legal papers include complaints, summonses, affidavits, petitions, court orders, and decrees. Cases after 1937 pertain mainly to divorce proceedings.

Note:

Post-1937 records are available only on microfilm. This microfilm was produced by the Winnebago County Clerk of Court office, 1981-1982.

According to the Winnebagoland Genealogical Society the Judgment Dockets for County Court cases no longer exist.
