The collection is organized by type of document. In the 9 archives boxes are scripts, dialogues, and continuities, primarily of United Artists Corporation releases, 1968-1972. In the 13 flat boxes are pressbooks; these boxes also begin numbering with Box 1. The pressbooks are indexed in the WCFTR Stills Index.
Additional materials received with these boxes were 8 cubic feet of motion picture stills and posters; 10 cubic feet of books, magazines, and trade papers (including Film Daily Yearbook, 1927-1963), and 4 cartons of miscellaneous graphic and printed materials pertaining to motion pictures. All of these materials are now considered part of larger format based collections available through the Film Archives. The stills and posters are indexed.
