Included are subject files and chronological correspondence for each of the following staff: Secretary Flynn, Deputy Secretary Greg R. Hyer, and Executive Assistant John Yingling. Correspondence includes copies of outgoing correspondence and letters received. Subject files cover an extensive range of topics, including the Great Lakes, foreign relations, legislation, economic development programs, individual businesses, and councils and commissions.
