Scope and Contents

Proposals submitted in 1996 by county governments and private firms to serve as contractors for the administration of the Wisconsin Works (W-2) program in counties throughout Wisconsin. Included are proposals from Advantage Resource Group, Curtis and Associates, Goodwill Industries, Forward Service Corporation, Waukesha County, and Waushara County.
