: Records, 1988-1992, relating to Chapter AG 29 (now ATCP 29) of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, governing pesticide use and control. Included are records of the AG 29 Ad Hoc Advisory Committee, which reviewed and commented on the Department's draft of revisions to the code; records on an emergency rule regulating metam sodium, a soil fumigant; and records of the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee for Turf and Ornamental Pesticide Use. Also included are working papers of Department staff on chemical cleanup, 1991-1993; and records of the Agrichemical Management Fund/Agricultural Chemical Cleanup Program Fee Advisory Committee, 1995-2002, which managed reimbursement funds for the remediation of sites contaminated by pesticides. Records in all cases include meeting minutes and agendas, public hearing reports, committee reports, legislative bill drafts, correspondence and notes. There are also four cassette tape recordings of meetings held by the Fee Advisory Committee in 2001.
