Scope and Content Note: Correspondence, contracts, quality studies, financial reports, handbooks and publications, and other records, 1990-2001, about Wisconsin HMOs that provided services for state Medicaid clients. Also included are similar files on service providers that contracted with the bureau's Wisconsin Partner Program (WPP) under the federal PACE program to provide services to the frail elderly. A few additional files consist of material turned over to the bureau when the HIRSP program was transferred from the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. There are also call reports of individual client problems with the implementation of BadgerCare. The tape recordings are from Board of Governors meetings for which no paper minutes were received.
