Abstract:

Correspondence, minutes of meetings, and reports of the council, established in 1977 by executive order of the governor. The files are those of Department of Transportation staff members George Gunderson and Phil Winkel. They also contain a small quantity of correspondence and reports regarding bikeway development by the state Department of Transportation prior to creation of the council.
