In six chronological segments and thereunder alphabetical by individual. Individuals' cards are grouped into these segments by date of state employment termination. There are also three additional, smaller groups of cards: State Fair and GAR member help, 1958-1959 and 1960-1961; and Limited Term Employee (LTE) cards for 1968-1969. The segment that spans from 1920-1970 was maintained by the Bureau until 1994. This grouping represents all state employes that were active at the time the Bureau converted from a manual tracking system to an automated one beginning in 1971. After 1970, a cumulative computer output microfiche is produced and is arranged alphabetically. Segments are in order as follows: 1913-1939; 1940-1964; 1965-1968; 1969-1970; 1958-1959 State Fair & GAR; 1960-1961 State Fair; 1968-1969 LTE; 1920-1970; 1971-1996.
