Abstract:

Minutes of meetings of the Highway Commission and related papers, with an itemized summary of subjects discussed at each meeting following the minutes. Records dating after 1977 document only meetings of the Division. Also included is an index to the minutes, 1952-1985, probably originally prepared by the Traffic Office of the Highway Dept. and maintained by the Highway Division. Citations refer to general topics such as administrative rules, interstate and state highway projects, route changes, and traffic signals.
